在安装过程中，RHEL4 Update 3 和 Update 4 不会提示插入驱动盘

受影响的配置

* BladeCenter HS20, type 8843, any model
* BladeCenter HS40, type 8839, any model
* BladeCenter JS20, type 8842, any model
* BladeCenter JS21, type 8844, any model
* BladeCenter LS20, type 8850, any model
* BladeCenter T, type 8720, any model
* BladeCenter T, type 8730, any model

* Red Hat Linux RHEL 4

解决方法

当出现 boot 提示时，输入 "linux dd maxcpus=4" 而不是 "linux dd"，你会看到下面的提示

Welcome to yaboot version 1.3.12
Enter "help" to get some basic usage information
boot: linux dd maxcpus=4

附加信息

从安装光盘启动，在 "boot:" 提示符后输入 "linux dd"，会看到下面的信息

boot: linux dd

引导之后，安装程序会问是否有驱动盘，选 "Yes"

正常情况下，选完 "Yes"，安装程序会提示插入驱动光盘，就象下面

但是，会出现下面的结果

安装程序会问是否有驱动盘，但当点了 "Yes" ，安装程序有时并不提示插入驱动盘，当然也不可能读盘的内容，即使已经把光盘放入光驱中。
